Danielle Dayan is the founder and owner of Eat Sleep Pilates, a Pilates studio dedicated to helping individuals develop a deeper connection with their bodies. With a passion for promoting body positivity and self-love, Danielle believes that Pilates is more than just a workout—it's a transformative journey toward physical and mental well-being.
